Refund policy

At PetLune, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

  • The product must not have been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered.

  • You may be asked to provide your order number and other information to process your return.

If the product has arrived damaged, defective, or with visible signs of damage, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number. This evidence may be required for us to review and approve the return or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved and, where required, the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the evidence and determine whether the return, refund, or replacement is approved.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For approved returns involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide further instructions.
